Football: Sheehan to help Foran community fundraise for Danni Kemp tonight

For tonight’s home opener vs. Foran at 6 p.m., Sheehan’s Titans Booster Club will be holding fundraisers for Danni Kemp, the Foran graduate and current Stony Brook University softball player who was diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer this summer.

Fans who attend tonight’s games can buy #DanniStrong bracelets for $2.

The Titans’ Booster Club will donate its portion of the 50/50 raffle to the Kemp family in an effort to defray Danni’s medical costs.

“We wanted to to do this, in part, because Danni’s dad has been a longtime assistant for Coach Bevino,” the booster club said in an email.
